Adults - Children -Students, to join the initiative by choosing a book and committing
to reading it over the summer recess.
Reading can help to develop your verbal skills,
improve your focus, reduce stress and improve your memory. So, visit the
Lending Library to see if there's a
book that might interest you. It's simple, take a book to read, leave a
book to share.

Our condolences are extended to the family of Vernice Warfield who
passed away at the age of 102 on Monday, August 14,
2017. Services will be held here at Mt. Olivet
on Thursday, August 24, 2017 a viewing at
10:00 am and funeral services at 12:00 noon.

Urban Choice Charter School
- The School is
accepting applications for grades K-8. Applications are available at 545

High School Seniors who attend Mount Olivet are invited to participate in
a program designed especially for them. The purpose is for spiritual growth;
to gain crucial knowledge which will assist with life situations; and to
fellowship in gatherings with other Mt. Olivet high school seniors at

Arts & Crafts Ministry, Invitation
Join us! If you love to crochet and knit or
want to learn how, join us on Wednesday, 12:00 noon to 2 PM each week in the
Whitaker Hall. Bring your lunch! We eat, work and fellowship. Our mission and
outreach is to provide handmade lap blankets, prayer shawls, scarves and hats to
