Heart Health

The LORD your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.   Deuteronomy 30:6

Heart Health: Spiritual heart health comes with loving and forgiving others.  How are you doing reflecting God and his love to others?

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for most races in the USA, including African Americans. As plaque slowly builds up in the arteries of a person with heart disease, the inside of the arteries begins to narrow, which lessens or blocks blood flow leading to coronary artery disease which may lead to a heart attack. Pride, jealousy, covetousness, and unforgiveness are equally damaging.

You’re never too young— or too old — to take care of your heart.

The following simple steps support heart health.

§  Eat healthy.

§  Lose excess body weight.

§  Be physically active; exercise

§  Learn the warning signs of a heart attack and stroke.

Leviticus 19:18 Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.
