Know Your Family Health History

Substance abuse including smoking, illicit drugs and alcohol cost the USA more than $484 billion per year.  Smoking and illicit drugs harms nearly every organ of the body, causing many diseases and negative health affects. Quitting smoking can add years to your life and has immediate as well as long-term benefits for you and your loved ones.  If you smoke or use illicit drugs.. Make plans to quit.  Talk to your Primary Care Provider, PCP.  Pray and sincerely ask God for help.  You are not alone.
