Alzheimer's Ministry Presentation, "Being A
Healthy Caregiver" for Monday, November 16, 2015 at
6:30PM, has been cancelled.
An Opportunity To Serve, New Slate of Officers
- It is that time to consider
taking on a leadership role within the church. There are
many opportunities for you to serve and names can be
submitted for any position.
nominating committee will review the names submitted in
order to prepare a Slate of Officers prior to the
December Business meeting. If you are interested or want
to submit someone’s name please give the information to
Dr. Venessa Mitchell or Audrey Davidson.
the nominating committee will have a table after the
morning worship service on November 15th. Prior
to the 15th, anyone interested in submitting their name
for consideration can go to the church office during
regular business hours to submit it. You
will be provided with a list of the
responsibilities/tasks of the various positions so you

Bethlehem Village Store, Items Needed
is the Time of the year where the Youth Ministry Core Team prepares to open the
Bethlehem Village Store for the holidays. Proceeds from the sales will go
directly to support the 2016 Youth Trip to Washington, DC.
This is where You, the congregation, enter the picture. We need you
to donate items to the Store's Inventory. Many items are needed.
Inventory thought starters are:
- Books - Christmas Ornaments - Angels - etc.
Please leave your items in the last
pew on the right of the old sanctuary. The Youth Core Team
members will store the items until time for the store's Dec. 5th Grand
Opening. Thank you, Youth Ministry Core
Turkeys for Thanksgiving
- The Mt. Olivet Food Pantry
Ministry in partnership with the Men's Fellowship would
like to bless those families and individuals who are
served by this ministry during this holiday season, by
providing them turkeys. Please contact Larry or Esther

The American Baptist Women’s Ministry is pleased to announce the Tutoring

AB Girls Ministries
- There will be
meetings on the fourth,4th, Sunday at the lower level of the church
immediately following worship in the lower level of the church. Young Ladies in
grades 3 – 12 are asked to participate.

dismissed immediately following the morning Hymn.
