Basic Bible Study Class  is cancelled  on Tuesday’s until March 5th. Mid-week   Bible   Study   begins   on   Wednesdays   at   12noon    with   Dr.   Carolyn   L.   O’Neil—“It   is   a   joy   to   Jesus when   a   disciple   takes   time   to   walk   more   intimately   with   Him   -   AND   -   7pm   on   Wednesday   evening   with   Pastor   P “By Faith” Prayer, Worship and the Word. Dance   Ministry   under   the   direction   of   Teshia   McCloud   is   looking   for   all   those   that   want   to   be   apart   this powerful and spiritual ministry. Mt.   Olivet   Black   History   Month   Program   -      The   2019   Mt.   Olivet   Black   History   Month   theme   is   “Black Migrations.”    It   will   emphasize   the   movement   of   people   of African   descent   to   new   destinations   and   subsequently to   new   social   realities,   highlighting   relocation   from   the   South   to   the   Northeast,   Midwest   and   West   and   Caribbean to   US   cities.   Since   so   much   of   that   rich   history   resides   within   our   church,   we   request   that   any   members interested   in   sharing   their   experiences   or   those   of   their   families   on   Sunday   mornings   during   the   month   of February   from   9:30am   –   10:30am,   please   contact   Tanya   Davis   at   585.442-2808   or   email   tanyadavis07@yahoo.com   no   later   than   Sunday,   January   20th.         Also,   if   you   are   interested   in   assisting   with   the   Black   History   Month Program,   please   attend   the   Board   of   Christian   Education   meeting   on   Thursday,   January   17th,   at   6:30pm   in   the Old Sanctuary. 12th   Grade   Program:   Mount   Olivet   sponsors   a   program   designed   especially   for   12th   graders.   The   purpose   is for   spiritual   growth;   to   gain   crucial   knowledge   which   will   assist   with   life   situations;   and   to   enjoy   fellowship   with other   high   school   seniors.
