Covid Safety Guidelines

Greetings,
As
you
may
know,
in
Monroe
County,
the
number
of
positive
COVID
tests
has
increased
over
the
last
few
weeks.
At
Mt.
Olivet,
we
have
also
experienced
an
increase
in
the
number
of
members
reporting
positive
COVID
Test
results.
We
are
recommending
that
anyone
who
participates
in
a
ministry
at
Mt.
Olivet
that
involves
contact
with
the
public,
especially
Greeters,
Ushers,
Diaconate
and
Choir
should
consider
taking
a
COVID
test
before
Sunday
.
If
you
test
positive
using
a
Home
Test,
please
follow
the
steps
on
the
Monroe
County
Health
Department website
and
plan to remain home
this Sunday.

We
will
remain
open
at
this
time
and
will
resume
our
COVID
procedures
including
masking,
temperature checks, sanitizing, attendance recording and social distancing.

attend
Church
Services

by

General Safety

Please remain at home if you have
any COVID
symptoms or do not feel well.

Please
read
the
Notice Signs
at the
entrance
to Mt. Olivet before entering.

Please
note
that
all
attendees
and
visitors
to
the
church
must
wear
masks
while
inside the building.

.
Please
have
your
temperature
taken
,
provide
your
contact
information
to
our
Greeters
and use hand sanitizer prior to entering the sanctuary.

Please
remain
Socially
Distant
while
inside
the
building
(avoid
gathering
in
the
fellowship
hall,
hugging,
hand-shaking,
lingering
or
loitering)
and
proceed
directly
to
the
sanctuary.

Please
place
your
Tithes
and
Offerings
in
the
Collection
Box
as
you
enter
or
exit
the
sanctuary.
Packs of Tithe and Offering Envelopes
are available from the Ushers.

.
On
First
Sundays
,
please
receive
your
Communion
Elements
as
you
enter
the
Sanctuary.
Remember
to take your empty
Communion Cup
with when you leave.

Please
be
seated
in
the
Socially
Distant
Areas
marked
on
the
pews
and
in
the
Choir
Loft
as directed by the Ushers.

or those whom you arrived with.
